Öztürk criticized the media for spreading news without proper investigation, stating, "Before discussing anything, everything written on Twitter should be thoroughly researched. This is ethical and the right thing to do. Your sources of information shouldn't be what's written on Twitter. According to them, I stayed at Seyran Kavak's house when I went to America. Those who follow me know better. I stayed at someone named Müge's house. I never stayed at Seyran Kavak's house."

EMRULLAH ERDİNÇ: SHE OWNS 24 HOUSES, SOME HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED

In response to journalist Emrullah Erdinç, who frequently comments on the investigation into influencers following the case of the Polat couple, Öztürk challenged each allegation made against her. Erdinç claimed, "There is movement regarding 24 houses. Some of them have been transferred to Seyran Kavak. They've established an LLC company. This is a company established for purchasing and renovating properties. They buy houses at low rates and present them as if they're being renovated." Öztürk clarified, "LLC is not a real estate company. It's the Turkish equivalent of a Limited Company. You can't bring money to America in a suitcase. This is not the Banana Republic. These monetary transfers were made through banks and all are documented."

SHE PUBLISHED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

After the journalist mentioned, "The current value of the house she resides in is $835,200. It's registered under her name," Öztürk published the rental agreement she made with the owner of the house. The influencer stated, "This is not a house I purchased, and I've always said that. But for some reason, no one wanted to believe it. I guess you didn't get this information from Twitter. A investigative journalist wouldn't take what they saw on Twitter and publish it, right?"

Upon accessing the website displaying the properties purchased in America after the claim of owning 24 houses, Öztürk revealed that Seyran Kavak, who was said to have received the properties from her, is actually her real estate agent. She explained that in America, each property is associated with a real estate agent for paperwork purposes, and Seyran Kavak handles the paperwork for her houses.

Expressing her intention to file lawsuits against false news stories, Eylül Öztürk continued, "What do you think of yourselves? You targeted my real estate agent, her husband, the addresses of the properties they manage, and the tenants. You spread news everywhere claiming I fled abroad. A trustee was appointed to my company, I laid off my employees, and my advertising deals were canceled. We will file lawsuits against everyone individually to recover my financial losses. Their time will come too. Everything is clear and documented."
